RATES for 2020 / 2021
 
The Seasonal Rate is:

$4,200.00
The Season is: May 1st. to Oct. 1st
The Season may open a little earlier and close a little later
depending on the weather pattern.
                      Generally, the Park must be free of snow and the nights cannot               have tempertures dropping below freezing.          

        (When the nights freeze, all water is shut off to the park)

The Monthly Rate is:

$900.00   IF AVAILABLE
                              The Rental Period is for 30 consecutive nights,                                 commencing with the date of your check-in

The Daily Rate is:

$60.00

         With the exception of the Memorial Day, 4th. of July and Labor Day Holidays            when a 3 Day Minimum shall apply.

 Daily Rates include all applicable taxes.
